Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic analytics:

• Information you submit: when you request a demo or download the free Church Phone Audit, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your church (such as size, number of campuses, or ministries).
• Support requests and files. When a client church uses our support page, we collect some details about the person who sends the request. That means their name, role, email, and phone number. We also collect the church's name, what the request says, and any files the church uploads. Files might be service schedules, flyers, or staff contact lists.
• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Please do not send private information about church members. That means home addresses, health or counseling notes, and giving records. Lists of your staff and ministry leaders are fine.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your demo request and contact you about the AI Church Receptionist service.
• To send you the resource you requested (such as the Church Phone Audit) and related follow-up information.
• To handle support requests from client churches. We make the changes you ask for and update your AI receptionist. We confirm the work with you. We may add the documents you send to what the receptionist knows, so it can answer callers correctly. We also keep a record of each change we make for your church.

  For some requests, we may also tell others at your church. An example is a change to a phone number or plan.

• To understand and improve our website and our service.

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and you can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide our service:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. This is the system we use for contact records and forms. It stores demo, audit, and support request forms and uploaded files. It also runs the phone and messaging for your church's receptionist.
• Google Analytics. We use it to see how people use our website.
• Google Drive (Google Workspace). We keep finished files for your church here.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text Messages

If you check the box on our support form, we will text you about your request. We use your mobile number for that. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with other companies for marketing. Opt-in means you said yes to texts. You can reply STOP at any time to end texts.

Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses cookies through Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Data Retention

We keep the information you send us, including support requests and files, while you are a client. We also keep it as long as we need it to help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your Choices

• You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for churches and their leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
